The second part of the Facilitative Dialogue provided a unique opportunity for Ministers to engage with each other in a policy oriented, forward-looking discussion with a view to identify opportunities to enhance the provision of financial resources, including for technology development and transfer, and capacity-building support. The findings of the first part of the Facilitative Dialogue, more technical in nature, served as important input to these Ministerial deliberations.
