Ending unabated coal power is vital if we are to keep the 1.5°C goal within reach. At the COP26 Energy Day’s opening event, global ministers and non-state actors will come together to announce ambitious progress in the coal to clean power transition, and discuss how to work together to deliver a just and inclusive energy transition.
